18 very brave Squirrel Scouts took on their Winter Sleepover at The Acorn HQ!
The adventure kicked off with climbing, soft tomahawks and crossbows, plus getting to know each other’s favourite things — and they even put up their own tents
After a tasty pasta dinner, it was time for a very muddy torch hike before heading back for toasted crumpets and a magical colour-changing campfire
Then it was PJs on, into tents, and winding down with a film
Sunday morning started the right way with eggy bread and sausages before team games and learning the basics of map reading — even creating their own giant map (Brighton… in case you couldn’t tell! )
For many of our Squirrel Scouts, this was their very first night away from home, and we couldn’t be prouder of how brave, kind and resilient they were
What an unforgettable adventure!
