Cubs Kayaking

In January we saw 40 of our Cubs out in Kayaks in taster sessions at K2 leisure centre. The young people spent time experienced how buoyancy aids supported them in the water before trying out kayaking in the warmth of the pool.
Special thanks goes to the team of volunteers, our Instructors Damien Scott, Sarah & Adrian Coomber & Mark Eastman, supported by Explorers Tilly & Nathen, Megan Whitfield who was our pool side support, Ian Pearce who towed the trailer and Chris Head & Taren Scattergood who helped load and unload the trailer.
